Chapter 2.12, Generation 2

Chapter 2.12

Time was flying as it always does and soon Carissa returned from the boarding school just in time to celebrate Caitlin’s third and Cameron”s eleventh birthday. Too bad she will have to leave again right after summer to go to college.

But Caitlin and Cameron weren’t the only ones who had an upcoming birthday. Becca was soon turning thirty five so Dale planned her a party in the best club in the city with a view of the city sky line.

“Make a wish, sweetheart,” Dale yelled and blew into a party horn.

“I already have everything I need.” Becca said with a smile and blew out the candles.

All her friends and coworkers made it to the party and everyone had a great time.

After dinner was served everyone came back to the dance floor.

“Thank you for this,” Becca said when she was slow dancing with her husband. “it is an amazing party.”

“I figured we need some time without our kids and what’s a better opportunity than my beautiful wife’s birthday.”

Since she was thirty five now, Becca decided it was time for a change and visited the best salon in town to get a haircut.

“I have a perfect hair style in mind, that would look amazing on you, but it might be a little too short for you.” The hair stylist said to her when she was sitting on the stool in front of a big mirror.

“I trust you Lisa, go ahead and cut.”

Couple hours later Becca was standing in her own bathroom looking in the mirror again. She heard the door click and her husband walked in.

“Well hello there.” he said flirtatiously.

“Do you like it?” Becca turned to Dale.

“Like it? I love it, babe. You look so hot.”

Becca had a few days off before she starts filming her new movie so she was spending her days with her children.

She took Cameron, Caitlin and Sam’s and Clair’s twins Julie and Jimmy to the park and had a great day being just a mom. Not a celebrity.

The kids were spending so much time together they were practically like siblings. It will be hard for them when the Coopers leave for a year to live in Kensington.

Dale and Becca decided to temporarily move to Becca’s home town after she finishes filming the show she already signed a contract for. She will take a break from acting and Dale’s restaurant can run without him being there everyday now that he hired the great restaurant manager Kirsten. Her parents weren’t getting any younger and she wanted to spend as much time as possible while she still can.

A/N: As much as I love all characters from the beginning of my story, I recommend you start with generation four here since I didn’t have enough photos and experience with writing when I started this story. I plan on updating these chapters eventually 🙂
